Hot & Cold Moist Neck Wrap

How to use:
For heat: Place the neck wrap into a clean microwave oven. As microwaves vary in heat, begin by heating 1 minute. Remove the product from the microwave and do a touch test. If additional heat is required, place the item in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time - this can be repeated until desired temperature.
DO NOT exceed for more than 2 minutes and 30 seconds at a time. 

For cold: Place the neck wrap into the freezer for 2 hours or more and apply as needed.
